Before posting a complaint in the complaint section please, READ THE FOLLOWING RULES.

When playing in our servers The Company Clan expects for our guests to follow a few simple rules. All members have PB or Admin power in our servers. Some members have other accounts that do not have tags, but still have the same powers mentioned above. (So watch who you argue with or provoke, it may be a clan member.)

RULES:

1: We Kick/Ban for Pillar Leaning and ALL Exploiting
Standing at a pillar and leaning to shoot is considered an exploit, and it is NOT allowed on our servers.

2: Starting VK'S (Votekicks) when Admins are present may get you kicked
Our servers are setup with an autokick option that will kick idle player after 2 rounds. Our admins are not in the habit of kicking idle players (the player may be refilling his beer stein, would you like us to kick you for making a beer run? i didn't think so), unless the idle person is interferring with game play, then at the admins discretion that player may be kicked.

3: DO NOT Argue with an Admin
Arguing with an Admin will NEVER be to your advantage. This may lead to a Kick or Ban, that will be at the Admins discretion.

4: Assault Players must pass Assault Tower by 2:30
The exception to this rule will be when, due to a rush by the defense team, a player has to retreat to get a better ground for fighting.

5: No Outside Recruiting in our servers
These servers are owned and operated by The Company Clan. We do not allow outside clans to recruit potential members on our servers. If caught a tag ban may be placed on your clan and it will be up to your clan leaders to contact us to pursue the lifting of the ban.

6: =[C]= Members play together so expect to be swapped
Here at The Company Clan, we have a general rule that all members play assault. We have found that it gives our guests a slight advantage than assaulting.

7: Medics may be kicked for not doing their jobs
Medics that constantly ignore the calls for help or just don't do their jobs WILL be kicked. If you do not wish to be a medic just ask someone to swap with you. But, until someone else becomes medic you will be expected to perform the duties of a medic.

8: We kick for Black PBSS
Our servers are HEAVILY Admined and constantly checked for hackers and cheaters. Sometimes we find Screenshots that are black. This can be due to serveral factors and therfore we reserve the right to Kick and Ban for this. It is known that some hacks can create black SS, but some of the newer video drivers can cause the same problem. With that being said you can understand how we can not tell the difference between a hacking program and a logical computer glitch. 9: Intentional TK's (Teamkills) will result in a 3 Day Ban.
If someone is causing a problem, bring it to the attention of an Admin. If you decide to take it upon yourself to TK that person you will suffer the consequnces and receive a MINIMUM 3 day Ban.

10: We Ban all accounts that have a Banned account linked to them.
The Company Clan is very active in the Anti-Cheat community. We constantly do background checks while we are Admining our servers. We will kick and Ban all players that are found to have a Banned account linked to them, with no questions asked. In order to be allowed back into our servers you will have to contact the Anti-Cheat Organization which placed the ban on you and have them lift the ban. Once that ban is lifted (and you can provide proof), you will be allowed to play in our servers again.

11: Suiciding may get you Kicked from the server
We have a policy in our servers, that if you have a habit of suiciding or reconnecting you will be kicked. Whenever you kill enemies, but suicide afterwards so you won't be killed it is basically cheating. You are using someone else to increase your fragrate, while depriving them of the chance to increase theirs. We ask that our guests play in a fair manner to insure that everyone has fun, without becoming cannonfodder for players looking to increase their fragrate and honor level, in an unsportsman like way.

12: Every post that Fetus makes must contain the words "Love" and "Poop", if not, then said post will be deleted by T-Bone.
This rule pertains only to T-Bone and Fetus and was caused by their running rivalry as to who has the smallest cock

13: Whenever a Permanent Ban is handed down, =[C]=Indy is required to go to the local YWCA and perform a nude water ballet and record the performance. This recording must then be posted here in the =[C]= forums for all guests to watch, if said performance is NOT posted within 48 hours then =[C]=Indy will incur a 5 day ban for lack of clan participation.
This rule pertains only to =[C]=Indy and may not be transferred to any other member of the Company Clan.

LANGUAGE DISCLAIMER:
The Company Clan consist mainly of Adults, therefore we do not censor the language of our guests. We DO ALLOW Adult language to be used in our servers. If this language offends you then please adjust your parental filters.
PARENTS: the language used in our servers is NOT appropriate for younger children. We ask that you make sure the parental filters are set because we cannot be responsible for some of the things your child may encounter in our servers.
