| Hello guys.First thing I want to say : I AM SORRY!I have been away for a long long long time, I know that. Now the explanation:I have something really stupid called Anemia, deficiency of hemoglobin, everyone knows what that is, it sucks. I am always…ALWAYS tired, with palpitations…and stuff like that…I don’t feel like playing..Why I have it? That’s a great question too…I’m fine! The fire division is getting me some trouble too. I will try a promotion this year…I will get it, probably. I have to train, study…no much left to play my favorite game, with the best players.I got hurt in there, nothing special…related with my vertebral column, in the invertebral discs…Something that doctors call L5-S1, hurts like hell sometimes, when I lift something heavy, like people :p… They want me to go to physical therapy, but I don’t want to go, no results on me!And that’s all for me =) Sorry! I read T-Bone message, decided to come here, thanks for the attention. Now you guys…What’s up? Still have my place safe in here?I added some photos! Still the same…no red eyes..or broken nose :p

(Don't what vertebrae it was or so, but lifting heavy things and just walking for a handful of time gives her pain.) Well, welcome back and good luck with all you said above.

| Anemia or anemia is a qualitative or quantitative deficiency of hemoglobin, a protein found inside red blood cells (RBCs). Since hemoglobin normally carries oxygen from the lungs to the tissues, anemia leads to hypoxia (lack of oxygen) in organs. Since all human cells depend on oxygenfor survival, varying degrees of anemia can have a wide range of clinical consequences. Anemia is also caused by a lack of iron in the body. there are a lot of reasons where ya get ur anemia BUt i will just tell ya of some solutions rather than causes as lack of sleep is one of them & many more. most prolly ur doctor had already prescribed some meds like Ferrous Sulfate tabs or caps and foods rich in protein like liver BUT i highly suggest that ya add this to the arsenal that ur doctor/s had already prescribed: eat "moringa".Malunggay
Called “Malunggay” in the Philippines, “Sajina” in the Indian Subcontinent, and “Moringa” in English, it is a popular tree. Many Asians use the leaves of Malunggay (Sajina) like spinach and also the fruit it produces as a vegetable, like asparagus. Both the leaves and the fruits are very nutritious, which contain many vitamins like Vitamin C and other minerals. For centuries, people in India, Philippines, Malaysia, and Thailand have been eating these leaves as a part of their food.It is very effective and doesnt cost constipation unlike Iron Tabs or caps given by doctors. Try to find it if ya have one in your country. Easy to plant and grows fast. it is easy to serve, leaves washed and cooked together with ur meal its just that simple.

| Hmmm.......... I got diagnosed as being anemic and was told I'd have to take Cyanocobalamin (B-12, I think) 1000mcg per day. | |
