most prolly ur doctor had already prescribed some meds like Ferrous Sulfate tabs or caps and foods rich in protein like liver BUT i highly suggest that ya add this to the arsenal that ur doctor/s had already prescribed: eat "moringa".

Hey Welcome back! We tried AA3 most hate it a couple maybe play it. Some have moved to Battle Field 2 soon to be a new release of BF3. Some of us still play the old Bridge.



Cant beat that game for its game play style for sure.
