That seems to happen to me every once in a while. Usually when I minimize the game then open it back up the problem is gone for me.

Papi is right. That's a heat problem on your graphics card. Easy fix is to get a can of air and dust out the card's fan and heatsink, along with the rest of the computer. Should fix things up, right away.

That's not a heat problem, I had the exact same shearing before, exit AA and reboot if the problem still exists rollback your drivers.
